Obtain A Repeat Prescription?

The practice dispenses for all patients who live more than one mile from the surgery. Repeat prescriptions can be ordered either by telephone on Swaffham (01760) 722971 or by completing the form below. The completed prescriptions may then be collected from Swaffham surgery or, if more convenient for you, at either of our branch surgeries, within surgery hours (remember the dispensary is closed 12.30 - 2.00pm Monday to Friday). Repeat prescriptions will normally be ready for collection within 48 hours (two working days) of us receiving your request, Saturday not included.
